New Exciting Training Schedule


All training this year will be on Tuesday & Thursday nights.

For Tuesday nights, we have appointed a new fitness coach Matthew Rawlings. His fresh new approach will keep us fit and motivated for the year ahead.

Thursday nights will be focused on skills and general team training, which will be run by our grade coaches.

Pre season training starts on Tuesday 29th January / Thursday 31st January at Headen Park Thornleigh, 6:30 arrival for a 7pm start. Only joggers are to be used until the end of March….there will be no special circumstances for Ben Gordon or Mark Carroll!!
