One win short of a semis berth

Beecroft 1st grade went out with a bang, defeating Mosman 24-10 in the final round of Sydney Sub-District Rugby for 2009.
After a disappointing and frustrating second half to the season, it was a morale-boosting win for Beecroft, who fell just one win short of a place in the semi-finals.
