Crofties cling to top spot despite hat-trick of losses

For the second week in a row the two top sides from last year’s Kentwell Cup rugby have tasted defeat.

Suburban District Club champion Drummoyne went down to Mosman 26-7 and Beecroft lost to giant-killers Kings Old Boys 21-5.

Unable to cover a huge list of players missing through injury and other commitments, Beecroft Rugby Club was still able to be competitive down through the grades.
