The time has come! Pre season training has begun, on Monday and Wednesday nights.
We will start this Monday night at 7pm at THORNLEIGH OVAL (not Headen Park) which will be conditioning only.
We’ll also be training Wednesday night at 6:30pm at HEADEN PARK, which will be regular training.
We’ve been lucky enough for Aidan Holden and his new business Platinum One Personal Training to come on board with the club and take our Monday conditioning sessions. So let’s take advantage of the opportunity and get stuck into some fitness.
Also show his new business some love and give it a like on Facebook – @platinumonepersonaltraining.
